Andy kept in touch with us on the ordering details and even monitored the weather to make sure we had the best delivery possible. But the delivery was phenomenal and the best part. They actually had to use a bucket truck to lift the shuffleboard up and over the outside railing of our second floor just to deliver it within our home. We met with Andy and his staff and looked at several models. Came back the next week and put a deposit on a Brunswick 8' table Coffee / Coffee with upgraded Charcoal cloth. These guys were very low pressure and were great about answering all the different questions we had. Table came in and delivery and set up to our town in Wyoming was seamless and less expensive than expected. I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your home entertainment needs. They remind me of my Dad’s business, All Weather Products in downtown Salt Lake City in days gone by. My Dad, Bill Martin and my brother Billy treated every single customer walking thru the door fair and friendly. They were always honest. All Weather Products sold storm doors to most the valley and was reputable! It reminds me so much of the way Valley Spa and Billiards treated us! Now days the head salesperson, Andy, at Valley Spa and Billiards, treated us just that way and he helped us find a table to fit our budget. Just like Dads business would have done. I learned that Andy has an impressive 32 years in the industry and has been at Valley Spa and Billiards for years and years. He knows what he’s doing. We give a recommendation of not five but seven stars to our new found friends. Andy’s son whom was our delivery and installation person was on time, friendly and so knowledgeable . I watched his every move as he put our table together in our new home. So amazed by his craftsmanship that I photographed the entire process. And , get this , the owner of Valley Spa, came to fill in during the installment because the second installer was sick that day. The owner said he just wanted to make sure we received our table on the day it was promised. So he filled in. He said that’s how we have always run our business. So much like All Weather Products!!
